Important Update Regarding New Customer Portal/Online Bill Payments

As part of our commitment to enhancing our services, we are implementing changes to our online bill payment system. Effective June 1, 2024, the existing online bill pay platform, which has been in service since February 2015, will be discontinued. We are excited to introduce a new, fully integrated system that will streamline the process of paying your water bill electronically.

What You Need to Know:

· Re-registration: To continue making online bill payments, you will need to re-register. Whether you prefer recurring autopay or a one-time payment option, the new system will accommodate your preferences.

· Account Number: Your account number will remain the same.

· New CID Number: However, you will need a new Customer Identification (CID) number. This CID will be included on bills dated after May 31st.

· Setting Up Online Payments: If you have not yet received your first bill from the new billing system and wish to set up online payments, please call our Authority office at (724) 377-2211 to obtain your CID.

Updating Your Contact Information: To ensure seamless communication, we kindly request that you provide us with your updated contact information, preferably by email or via mail if you pay your bill by mailing a paper check:

· Mailing Address (if it has changed)

· Phone Number

· Cell Number for Emergency Text Notifications

· Email Address if you want to register a different email
