Customer Portal Changes Coming Soon

The Tri-County Joint Municipal Authority has some exciting changes coming soon!

We are in the process of upgrading our customer billing software. With this upgrade, you will see a new look to your bills and have access to a NEW CUSTOMER PORTAL that will enable you to view, print and pay your bills online. Through the customer portal you can sign up for E-billing, Autopay, view your bills and usage history.

Your new bill will provide you with the necessary information to register such as your account number and CID number.

Customers currently enrolled online for bill pay and recurring payments will need to create an account utilizing the new customer portal, as the previous bill pay website will no longer be in effect.
